Approval Process with Placer County and TRPA
The Lodge is designed as part of and will comply fully with Placer County’s proposed Area Plan. It will serve as a tangible example of bringing complex land use planning codes to life in ways that benefit local businesses, residents and Lake Tahoe’s precious environment.
